What do you mean by "I have to write my own paper"?  Aren't I paying you to write my paper for me?

No.  You are not buying a paper for submission purposes.  You are buying a model paper that is a perfect template for how your own completed paper should look when you turn it in.  We follow your requirements to achieve this goal, so what you purchase from us should be the ideal paper for your needs.  However, if you submit this paper as your own work, that would constitute copyright infringement and plagiarism.  You are free to write your paper however you wish, and you are free to cite our paper within your own bibliography.

What do you mean that your president is accessible to me?

When will I receive my revision?

Although every paper we write is considered completed when we complete it before your deadline, there are times when you feel that the paper needs a revision.  When you submit a revision request, it is instantly sent back to the writer for revision.  Once the writer receives it they will do their best to return it to you as soon as possible, with a turnaround time of less than twenty four-hours in most cases.  One of our testimonials from a new client even thanks us for a turnaround time within minutes of submission for a revision request!

What about a deadline - how does your money back guarantee work?

The guarantee is simple.  If we don't complete your paper on time then we'll refund your money.  The deadline for this to apply is 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time the day following the due date. We are clear in our goals:  We will complete your paper to you on time - every time.  However, keep in mind that if you change your requirements, and/or don't send in your purchase agreement on time, then you can't claim the paper isn't available at your deadline.  Alterations in paper content after we confirm your order voids this agreement and is explained in detail when we confirm your order (i.e. - the day before your paper is due you call to add 15 pages to your paper and still expect it the next morning with the money back guarantee).  We also suggest that for thesis and dissertation work, if you don't have an emergency and your document isn't due in 5 days we suggest extending the deadline to deliver a superb quality thesis or dissertation.
